A work based diploma places emphasis on the candidate (you) taking charge of their own learning. Therefore, you must first familiarise yourself with the Unit guides and assessment materials.
Taking one unit at a time, think about ways which you can generate your own evidence. You will of course be observed by your program manager for official assessments to demonstrate working competence, but you will also need to provide evidence of your underpinning knowledge.
This can be done in several ways for example: Personal statements, written answers to questions, asking your boss to complete a Witness Testimony for you. Below you will find the appropriate documents for you to use, to record your evidence
